Founded in 1948 the Alf Engen Ski School has been celebrated in SKI Magazine's "Best of the Century" as one of the Top Ten Ski Schools in North America. Alta instructors are some of the most experienced powder, mogul and steep terrain coaches in the USA. Alta Ski Area also has the finest and most experienced group of Telemark "free-heel" instructors found anywhere.
